After the hard-court major made the divisive move to shake things up last year, the standalone tournament returns for 2026 and brings back another star-studded field.
Among the pairings set to challenge back-to-back defending champions Sara Errani and Andrea Vavassori for the $1 million in prize money are Aryna Sabalenka and Novak Djokovic, Serena Williams and Carlos Alcaraz, and Taylor Townsend and Alexander Zverev.
Though Jack Draper and Emma Raducanu, who competed in last year's mixed doubles, are set to miss the grand slam due to injury, there is British representation with Lloyd Glasspool and Henry Patten both through qualifying.
It's set to be an exciting few days that will only build excitement for the proper start of the fourth and final grand slam of the year – and UK viewers can tune into extensive coverage.
