It's been a tough year for British tennis star Jack Draper.

The 24-year-old established himself among the sport's top players in 2025, but a string of injury problems have halted his progress.
Draper was forced to withdraw ahead of the second round of last year's US Open and has missed all three of the grand slams since, including Wimbledon.
The Brit has been on court during the North American hard court swing, though his tears in the defeat at the Canadian Open and straight-sets loss at the Cincinnati Open were cause for concern.

No, Jack Draper will not be playing at this year's US Open.
Draper has withdrawn from the tournament as he is still struggling with the bone bruise in his left arm that has troubled him over the past 12 months.
He joins a lengthy list of absentees, which includes Jannik Sinner and Emma Raducanu.

PA has reported that Draper decided he needs more time to recover after his defeats in Canada and Cincinnati, while, according to the BBC, his representatives do not know when he may return to action.
