London rivals QPR and Millwall kick off their new campaigns in the first round of the Carabao Cup on Saturday afternoon.

The Lions are looking to continue their fine record against the Hoops after winning the last three meetings between the teams including last season's corresponding league fixture at Loftus Road.

Millwall will hope to avoid a hangover from their play-off semi-final defeat to Hull City, however, and crash out of the Carabao Cup at the first hurdle for the first time since 2023.

QPR, on the other hand, failed to progress beyond the opening round of last season's competition.

Boss Julien Stéphan remains in the dugout and the Frenchman's hoping an unbeaten pre-season can be the launchpad for a better campaign after finishing 15th in the Championship last term.

Radio Times has rounded up everything you need to know about how to watch QPR v Millwall on TV and online.
