League One has drawn to a close and just two teams remaining standing in the play-off final: Sunderland v Wycombe at Wembley for a place in the Championship.

Sunderland ended the season as the form team, undefeated in their last 13 games of the campaign.

The Black Cats defeated Sheffield Wednesday in front of a packed house at the Stadium of Light before Patrick Roberts scored a late equaliser at Hillsborough to send Alex Neil's side to Wembley.

Wycombe crept into the play-offs as three victories in their last four games coincided with a dire run of results from Plymouth. Gareth Ainsworth's men expertly navigated tricky play-off encounters with MK Dons to earn their place under the arch.

Wembley is set for a raucous atmosphere as Sunderland have sold out their 44,000 allocation within three days of tickets going on sale. Wycombe's contingent may be dwarfed in the stands, but it's all about getting the job done on the pitch.
