Based on the novels by Hugh Howey, the series imagines a dystopian future in which a community of 10,000 people live deep underground, but the precise circumstances of their foundation are a mystery.

Over the past two seasons, we've learned more about their lives and what led them to this bleak moment, with more secrets to be revealed in these latest episodes – as the Apple TV synopsis tantalisingly teases.

"In the present, Juliette Nichols survives her forced 'cleaning' but returns with memory loss as the silo recovers from rebellion and faces a dangerous new threat," it reads.

"Meanwhile, in the 'Before Times', journalist Helen Drew (Jessica Henwick) and Congressman Daniel Keene (Ashley Zukerman) uncover a conspiracy that pulls them into a chain of events with catastrophic, irreversible consequences."

If you can't wait to delve back into this dark story, here's what time you can watch Silo season 3 on Apple TV.
