Get ready for more intense moments as the contestants go head to head once more in new episodes of Physical: 100.

The series returned to screens on Netflix last week, as viewers saw 100 new contestants take on various quests to determine who has the "ideal physique" - including the first Korean UFC fighter, who has the highest number of wins within Korea, and an FBI diplomat and police officer.

The group headed into an underground arena, and were just as shocked as viewers when they found out where they'd be battling it out.

"To survive, you have to pour everything into this and just keep on going," season 1 competitor Jang Eun-sil said. "And people might double-cross you. Never trust anyone. It's full of betrayal."

Further episodes have been released on Netflix today (Tuesday 26th March) - but when can viewers expect more?
