Heather Small (Chandelier), Will Young (Lionfish) and Gloria Hunniford (Snow Leopard) are just three of the contestants who have been unmasked and some of the guesses from our panellists, Mo Gilligan, Rita Ora, Davina McCall and Jonathan Ross, have been as outlandish as ever.

But will this be the week where Rockhopper gets unveiled? And is it Michelle Williams (the fan favourite choice) behind the mask? Time will tell.

The Masked Singer theories

Is Rockhopper Zendaya?

Spider Man No Way Home

A popular fan theory that emerged on the internet after Rockhopper took to the stage was that the big bird is none other than The Greatest Showman star Zendaya.

As part of their clues package, Rockhopper announced: “The circus has come to town and I’m introducing to you… me.”

They added: “Call me the entertainer because I’m here to bring you a show!”

Judge Rita Ora was convinced Rockhopper was Zendaya, with another clue hinting towards the star’s ability to jump.

With Rockhopper’s identity yet to be confirmed, viewers will have to stay tuned for more information.

Is Rockhopper Nadine Coyle?

The biggest hint that the Girls Aloud star is under the mask came from the VT that mentioned not only Jump but also Love Machine - and Nadine would not be the first member of the group to appear on the Masked Singer stage.

"Girls Aloud did a version of Jump. I think they’re disguising their voice and no one would need to do that more than Nadine," said one fan on Twitter, but are they right?

Is Rockhopper Cerys Matthews?

The Catatonia singer definitely has a powerful voice, we know that from songs such as Mulder and Scully and Road Rage, but she also has a very distinguishable voice - it would not be the first time that vocals have been disguised on this show though.

Still, many think we will be seeing Cerys when the mask comes off. "Could Rockhopper be Cerys Matthews from Catatonia?" asked one person on Twitter with many asking the same question. We'll find out if they are right soon enough.

Is Rockhopper Michelle Williams?

"Catching up on Masked Singer. I recognise that voice anywhere. Rockhopper has to be Michelle Williams. I’m surprised she’s doing it again but love it too!" said one fan on Twitter in guessing that Rockhopper is US Singer, Michelle Williams - she previously took part in the American version.

The clues do seem to match, and the voice does sound similar to her stint on the US Masked Singer - has she donned a mask for the second time? The extra circle clues certainly point towards her after her role in The Greatest Showman...
