The six-part legal drama, which relocates the action to Manchester and revolves around new storylines and characters, is set to drop on Sunday 20 and Monday 21 September at 9pm on BBC One. Fans can also expect a boxset release on iPlayer.
Created by Ursula Rani Sarma, the new series centres on Kishan Law – a high net worth British South Asian family firm led by Druv (Unforgotten's Sanjeev Bhaskar), which is the go-to for Manchester’s elite.
The primary plot focuses on Aria Kishan (The Umbrella Academy's Ritu Arya), who’s all set to take over the firm from her father – that is, until the death of her mother casts new light over succession plans for the family.
The series will also explore the lives of Aria's siblings: Maya (Virdee's Aysha Kala) and Kav (Film Club's Arian Nik), as well as her partner, Neal (Dinosaur's Danny Ashok).
