Moafi recently teased what we can expect to see from her character, Dr Al-Hashimi, after she revealed her seizure disorder to Dr Robby, who demanded that she declare it.

Speaking about her character in season 3, Moafi told Deadline: "As always, she goes about things responsibly. She’s accountable. She’s taken the appropriate measures to continue working in the ED. And she runs a really healthy but tight ship, and things are going really well under her watch.

"The whole environment seems to flow really nicely and more easily. And yeah, that gives her a sense of comfort because it’s not like, 'Look what I did.' It’s more like, 'This is how it should be'."
