The streamer announced that filming is now underway in the UK and Morocco, as the series returns for eight hour-long episodes, but no release date has yet been set by the streamer.

Scottish actor and Trainspotting icon Robert Carlyle leads the new intake - and will soon be seen in Line of Duty season 7 - alongside fellow starry newcomers to The Gentlemen, Wood and Bloom.

The trio are joined by Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels star and Rocketman Dexter Fletcher, Blue Beetle actor Bruna Marquezine, You stars Ed Speleers and Saffron Burrows, and rapper and actor Bugzy Malone.

The new run sees Eddie and Susie take on their most audacious project yet as they plot to build a casino in the Middle East.

The official tease asks whether the Duke's unchecked ambition has finally gone too far, as danger lurks around every corner to take him down.

The confirmed newcomers slot in alongside returning favourites led by both Theo James as Eddie Horniman and Kaya Scodelario as Susie Glass.

Also returning are fellow show veterans Ray Winstone, Joely Richardson, Vinnie Jones, Jasmine Blackborow, Harry Goodwins and Benjamin Clementine.

Elsewhere, Celebrity Traitors and Love Island star Maya Jama, who debuted in season 2 as the glamorous fixer Aisha, is confirmed to be back for the new episodes.

Show creator Guy Ritchie, whose 2019 film of the same name spawned the Netflix series, has teased that the show has only grown in scale and stakes.

"The ambition of The Gentlemen has accelerated, the world has expanded and the consequences carry weight," commented Ritchie. "A third season felt inevitable, and I'm looking forward to pushing the boundaries of it further."

The Gentlemen was renewed for a third season in August 2026, shortly before season 2 premiered.

Despite earlier reports linking the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, to the Netflix hit, she isn't in the confirmed line-up.

The Gentlemen seasons 1-2 are available to stream on Netflix, with season 3 coming soon. You can sign up to Netflix from £5.99 a month. Netflix is also available on Sky TV and Virgin Media.
