With a launch date coming up this November, the trailer only adds to the intrigue of the series as online rumours, doxxing and violent attacks start to unfold in an increasingly dangerous way for our main characters.
The newly released trailer shows vigilantes targeting five women accused of being serial killer Alice Bell. Once her identity is exposed online, the trailer shows how the drama leans into themes of misogyny, justice and the way rumours spread with devastating consequences.

The series is built around a whodunnit: who is Alice Bell? As the five accused women come together, we see that it becomes increasingly clear that someone isn't telling the truth and is actually the killer in question.
The trailer also gives us a glimpse at Little's character, Graham Hunter, who appears to be a no-nonsense podcast host that says in an online video: "I'm not going to let you get away with this, Alice. I'm coming for you."
You can watch the trailer for yourself below.
Little is of course best known for his leading stint in Death in Paradise, having left the Saint Marie series at the end of season 13 in 2024, but returned for a guest appearance in 2026. His other recent work includes a stage turn as Alec Leamas in The Spy Who Came In From The Cold and the forthcoming Agatha Christie drama Hercule.
The cast is led by Alexandra Roach (Nightsleeper) as Fran Da Silva, with Amanda Abbington (Sherlock) as Julie, Emily Barber (MobLand) as Vanessa, Toni O'Rourke (God's Creatures) as Ros, Christina Bennington (Halo) as Charlotte and Rudi Dharmalingam (The Lazarus Project) as Nick. Simon Pegg (Mission: Impossible) plays the serial-killer anaesthetist Dr Jason Nash.
Hunting Alice Bell was co-written by Baddiel, Bradshaw, Polly Buckle and Kate Verghese, with Paul Walker directing all six episodes.
As per the synopsis: "Alice Bell is a former nurse, and also the lover, and accomplice, of a notorious anaesthetist serial killer. She is presently living in Britain under a new identity. When, online, Fran Da Silva is accused of being Alice Bell, her happy family life implodes in a wave of mob hate.
"Then she discovers she’s not the only woman to suffer this fate. Fran and the other accused women band together to fight back and clear their names. But as they battle to prove their innocence, what if one of the group is lying – and is the real Alice Bell..?"
