Season 1 is set to reveal never-seen-before footage from over 10 classic episodes, including fan favourites like The Jolly Boys' Outing and Mother Nature’s Son.

Season 2 will then reveal even further highlights, and over 30 brand new unseen moments from other episodes, including scenes from the later specials, such as Time on Our Hands which originally aired in 1996.

Season 2 will feature interviews with Sir David Jason (Del Boy) Tessa Peake-Jones (Raquel), Gwyneth Strong (Cassandra) and Sue Holderness (Marlene Boyce), who will be seen once again looking back on their time in Peckham, sharing their spontaneous reactions and paying tribute to cast and crew

Other contributors include the show’s long-time director Tony Dow and video editor Chris Wadworth.

Helen Nightingale, UKTV’s head of factual and factual entertainment, commissioning, said in a statement: "With series one focusing on ten or so much-loved episodes, we have barely scratched the surface of unseen footage from this most beloved of comedy shows. Series two promises even more insight into just what it took to create such a fantastic and much-loved series."

Meanwhile, UKTV's director of scripted programming, Emma Tibbetts, added: "North One has unearthed a comedic goldmine equal to the one Del and Rodney uncover with the antique watch that finally makes them millionaires in the classic Time on Our Hands. It’s a pleasure to watch these new scenes and see how Sir David Jason and the cast react to their discovery."

Sean Doherty, director and series producer said: "It really has been the most enormous privilege seeing such precious, newly found John Sullivan gold for the first time – and sharing it with the incredibly talented people who helped make it come to life."
