Following on from the likes of Harry Kane and Neymar in years past, Messi is now in the battle royale game.
The GOAT (unless you rep Ronaldo) has not just one, but two unlockable skins.
"How do you unlock those skins?" We hear you ask. Why, you'll have to read on for that information.
Here is everything you need to know about the Fortnite Messi crossover, including how to get both Messi skins and what else is available.

Fortnite. Epic Games
To get Messi in Fortnite, you have to buy his skins from the in-game Item Shop.
You can purchase them directly from the Item Shop's website, if you can't be bothered to log in to the game.
Each Messi outfit can be purchased separately and both come with a LEGO form. You can also purchase the Fortnite Messi Bundle, which contains the following:
- Lionel Messi skin (with LEGO form) | Can buy on its own for 1,800 V-Bucks
- Streetwear Spark Messi skin (with LEGO form) | Can buy on its own for 1,500 V-Bucks
- The Mane Event Emote (comes with the Lionel Messi skin)
- Number 10 Back Bling (comes with the Lionel Messi skin)
- Portable Playmaker Back Bling (comes with the Streetwear Spark Messi skin)
- Fancy Futbol Pickaxe (can purchase separately for 800 V-Bucks)
- Goated Glave Pickaxe (can purchase separately for 800 V-Bucks)
- #1 Fan Llama Emote (can purchase separately for 400 V-Bucks)
The Fortnite Messi Bundle costs 2,800 V-Bucks and is available in the Item Shop until 28th December 2024 (midnight).
When did Messi come to Fortnite?
The Lionel Messi skins and Bundle arrived in Fortnite on 12th December 2024. They are all purchasable from the Item Shop until 28th December.
It turns out the leaks were quite accurate and there are indeed two Messi outfits to buy in Fortnite. Now you can rep the GOAT (don't @ us Ronaldo fans) in all sorts of Fortnite game modes.
