Zombies fans are in for a treat with The Tomb playing host to the next chapter of the Dark Aether storyline and the powerful Staff of Ice Wonder Weapon.

Here, we've got everything there is to know about the Season 2, including the roadmap detailing all of the new arrivals and when the current season is likely to end.

Season 2 of Black Ops 6 went live on 28th January 2025.

The exact start date first appeared within the official CoD blog.

A Call of Duty update rolling out on a Tuesday is certainly unusual, breaking its traditional formula of releasing seasonal updates on a Thursday.

When was the UK launch time for CoD BO6 Season 2?

Season 2 went live at 5pm UK time on 28th January (9am PT if you're across the pond).

This release time was ideal for those looking to load into the action after finishing work.

As the year progresses and time zones change, the time will alter slightly for future updates.
