Another day, another punishing competition to test the strength, character, endurance, and teamwork of its contestants. Hosted by Mark Wright, this time it features famous faces – mostly reality stars, but some sporty folk too – who have willingly agreed to endure a range of physically demanding and, frankly, brutal challenges for our entertainment. It has more than a whiff of The Hunger Games about it – take, for example, one such task that sees The Only Way Is Essex’s James Locke facing off with Made In Chelsea’s Tristan Phipps to see who can push the other off a platform into the sea first – resulting in a couple of fractured eye sockets. Yep, that’s entertainment…apparently.
