Summary

With five youngsters to keep occupied, and husband Joe leaving for a work trip, Stacey calls upon the help of her sister, the local WI and professional organiser Dilly Carter as she throws a special Christmas party to say thank-you to the volunteers who have been working through the year to help those in need. Together they craft a range of ingenious money-saving makes, from Nutcracker figures made from household items to stunning Christmas Pudding wreaths and hand-made festive lanterns to personalised presents

Review

Frances Taylor

Do you want to know how to make a Christmas pudding wreath using a kids’ buoyancy aid? What about a nutcracker created from a crisp tube? The answer may well be an enthusiastic yes, particularly if you’re soon to have young ones under your feet looking for something to do in the festive holidays.

Stacey Solomon is back for more seasonal crafting and has roped in her family to help out. Not only do her kids get stuck in, but also her 90-something grandmother. The whole Solomon clan must be on first-name terms with the staff at their local Hobbycraft.
