Summary
Real-life behind-the-scenes stories from Hollywood inform a satirical comedy about superhero movies created by Sam Mendes, Armando Iannucci and Jon Brown. Cameras roll on action adventure Tecto: Eye Of The Storm, the latest superhero film from Maximum Studios directed by Eric (Daniel Bruhl). First assistant director Daniel (Himesh Patel) has the unenviable job of placating the actors, including lead stars Adam (Billy Magnussen) and Peter (Richard E Grant) who play Tecto and Rye respectively, and ironing out any plot wrinkles with the help of screenwriter Steph (Jessica Hynes). Newly arrived third assistant director Dag (Lolly Adefope) questions her career choices as the shoot encounters a series of mishaps, threatening to shut down production for good
