A spot in the World Cup 2026 semi-finals is on the line when Spain and Belgium face off in Los Angeles. The European champions edged past Iberian neighbours Portugal thanks to Mikel Merino’s late goal in the round of 16.

Belgium sparked into life in the last round, thumping USA 4-1, and will hope to build on their best performance at the World Cup so far.
