Mark leads a team of office workers whose memories have been surgically divided between their work and personal lives. Sci-fi psychological thriller starring Adam Scott.

Review

Jack Seale

A high-concept drama. Pitching us into a grotesque parody of corporate America where the lights in an office building are too bright, the corridors wind on for ever and the company employees talk in a detached, almost robotic idiom.

Adam Scott takes the lead as Mark, who comes to realise that his employer, Lumon Industries, has a highly unusual approach to the work/life balance. If you can handle the extremely stylised execution, it’s a drama with a coolly intriguing central idea. Smart writing and Ben Stiller’s angular, innovative direction keeps you forever on your toes.
