Going Under, which is currently slated for release in 2027, will see the pair in their first project together in over 20 years.
In the film, they will play gangsters Riley (Winstone) and Don (Dyer), as they team up for one last big deal before Riley quits the game.
Naturally, things don’t go as smoothly as they hoped, with a first-look photo (above) showing the smartly dressed pair hiding behind a wall ridden with bullets, while Dyer is brandishing a gun.
The team-up is Dyer and Winstone’s first project together since Channel 4’s All in the Game in 2006, a TV movie about a football manager torn between his beloved club and his family.

Joining them in the Going Under cast are Lesley Sharp(Bob & Rose), Mickey Gooch (Primal), Daniel O'Reilly (The Last Heist), Mirabel Stuart (The Emily Atack Show), Parker Sawyers (The Mummy) and Ed Kingsley (Slow Horses).
According to Screen International, Going Under has already wrapped production, and is set for release in Spring next year across the UK and Ireland.
It is directed by The Hatton Garden Job’s David Beton, who also co-wrote the script with David Garlick.
Speaking on the project, Beton said it was a “deeply personal” tale about family, loyalty, love and "the lengths we’re prepared to go to for the people who matter most".
“Writing and directing a film starring Ray Winstone and Danny Dyer is something I’ve wanted to do for many years,” he said.
“I’ve grown up watching their films and performances, so to now be working alongside two of the true titans of British cinema is an absolute honour.”
Going Under is set to release in cinemas in spring 2027.
