"You ever thought about getting buried?" a stranger asks obnoxious YouTuber Adi (co-writer Ziad Abaza) and his pal Maz (Mim Shaikh) in British writer/director Dan Pringle's horror. They haven't, of course, but Adi is so obsessed with his online profile that they readily agree. Soon they're trapped six feet under in a field with three days to wait before their buriers - who turn out to be from a mysterious Islamic sect - return to dig them up. The horror genre is no stranger to obnoxious YouTubers, or burials, but this one gains some traction from the exploration of faith and the possibility of rebirth. All the same, Pringle and Abaza's follow-up to the promising K-Shop never quite convinces. Not only is the insanely dangerous premise hard to accept, but it takes too long to get to the claustrophobic underground sequences. Still, there's some fun to be had watching our heroes singing along to Jamiroquai's Deeper Underground.
