Nightmare is right, but this documentary makes a gripping story out of the Costa Concordia disaster, which claimed 32 lives when a Mediterranean cruise ship ran aground on an island off the coast of Tuscany in 2012.

First we meet the handful of passengers and crew who will tell the story of that awful night; then we hear the extraordinary reason why the ship was too close to the rocks, and the shameful aftermath of the impact, when for far too long the passengers and even emergency services were led to believe nothing serious had happened.
