You may need to stock up on crackers to cope with all the cheese in this daft gay romcom, but it should provide plenty of warm and fuzzy feelings, too. Andrew (a sweet Keiynan Lonsdale) is a soap-opera stuntman who's dating the show's sleazy lead actor, Nico (Marcus Rosner). Nico is constantly cheating on him, but Andrew can't seem to end the relationship. Outraged at this injustice, Andrew's straight best friend Jake (Dylan Sprouse), who happens to be a computer whizz, creates an imaginary "perfect boyfriend" for his pal to keep Nico at bay. The entirely digital hunk (Jaden Goetz) slowly takes on a life of his own, becoming a social media superstar. It's then, of course, that Andrew meets his "real" perfect man, Rafi (Samer Salem), and misunderstandings swiftly abound. There are few surprises, but a watchable cast and a gentle, wry script work wonders to keep a tired old formula feel fresh.
