Review

A star rating of 3 out of 5.

Adrian Turner

This decent melodrama gives a newish spin to the trauma of Vietnam by having a Vietnamese woman plus child arrive at the door of a Houston businessman, played by Wayne Rogers. Naturally, the appearance of his wartime Oriental dalliance and the son he never knew he had gives Rogers a shock, and it doesn't exactly please his wife, Bonnie Bedelia, either. This is nicely performed and modestly directed by Robert Day, who made Two Way Stretch and several Tarzans before settling for TV movies in Hollywood.
