What would British summertime be without a bit of sun, sea and sweet treats? Luckily, we've found a way you can get all three, at the Maynards Bassetts pop-up this July.

Set in the very heart of UK seaside culture, Blackpool Pier, Maynards Bassetts is launching a free one-day experience for holidaymakers and day-trippers to enjoy.

Visitors can take part in the interactive experience featuring games, giveaways and a live darts-style challenge at the entrance to Central Pier. The challenge will be hosted by well-known darts MC John Mcdonald and there will be plenty of fun, entertainment and audience participation.

The experience is set for 24 July, so here's everything you need to know about where and how to attend.

What is the Maynards Bassetts Blackpool pop-up?

Maynards Bassetts is holding a free, accessible experience at one of the UK's most iconic seaside destinations this July – Blackpool Pier. The pop-up is celebrating everything we love about British summertime, with a live public darts tournament held at the pier's entrance complete with prizes, giveaways and product sampling. There will be a ton of opportunities to snack on sweets, take photos and spend time with friends and family in the sun while trying out the darts contest.

What can visitors expect at the Maynards Bassetts pop-up?

If you take a trip down to Blackpool Central Pier you'll find a Maynards Bassetts pop-up stand at the entrance with plenty of product samples to enjoy. Plus, an exciting interactive darts-style challenge for visitors with live hosting and commentary from a well-known darts MC John Mcdonald. All wrapped up with, prizes and giveaways with the first prize being a dart board made entirely of Sweets! In short, a day out by the seaside with sweet treats and healthy competition – what's not to love?

When and where is it taking place?

The pop-up is taking place on Friday 24 July from 11am to 6pm. You can find it on Blackpool Central Pier and it's completely free to attend.
